Refund and Returns Policy

Returns / Replacement and / or Refund Policy gives buyers an option to return or replace the products
purchased and / or refund is offered.


The products eligible for return / replacement/ refund if specifically provided in the product details page.
For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over below general return policy. Please
refer the return policy mentioned on the product page for any exception to the below table.


Products are returnable within the specified return / replacement period specified below, except for
those products that are explicitly identified as not returnable.

delivery


a) If it is determined that product is damaged while in your possession;


b) Any product that has been used or washed or soiled or is returned without non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable);


c) Any product not in its original condition;


d) Any product that is returned without its original packaging tags and accessories, including the retail


box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;


e) Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;


f) The product is different from what was shipped to you;


g) Product sold as combo/ sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.


h) Product specified as non-returnable in the product details page.
Replacement is further subject to availability of the product (size, color etc.) and is limited to one
request. In certain cases where respective Seller is unable to process a replacement request for any
reason, a refund will be given.


Subject to point 2 and 3 above, refund will be initiated to as per the applicable modes mentioned below.
Refund amount shall be credited to the Customer as per below mentioned applicable refund mode with
7-10 days of acceptance of receipt of product by the Seller. We may request for information / documents
to verify your credentials before initiating refund.

Note:In case you have received a product in a physically damaged product or different product than the
product ordered (whether returnable or non-returnable, please call us and inform our customer care
representative on +91 8094444634 immediately and in any case not later than 3 (three) days from the
date of delivery of the product, failing which product will not be returned. The defective product or part
will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or else we will refund your money.

You may request return for an item listed as returnable on the product listing page within the stipulated
return window.

Can I replace an item?


If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their
description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free
replacement, provided the exact item is available in stock.


In case the same item is not available in stock, we will initiate refund
How do I return/replace an item?


In order to return an order, go to “Account” section on Glitterati website, select “Order History”
Login using registered mobile (used to place the order) and OTP received
Select the order you wish to return/replace


What are the return guidelines?


The item you wish to return must be eligible for return;
If return is not eligible for reverse pickup, a self-ship option will be given* (customers can claim refund of
up to Rs 100 against reverse shipping charges);
Once return is received, in accordance with Return Policy, you will be issued refund to your original
mode of payment;


For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed to your bank account either via NEFT or UPI.
When will I get my refund?


Refund is processed once the returned item/s are received by Glitterati or the Seller notifies us of the
receipt of the return
Timeline for refund to be processed is 7-10 business days form the date of receipt of product by Seller.
What are the guidelines to accept shipments?


Before accepting shipment of any product, please ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or
tampered.


In case the package is damaged or tampered, you are requested to refuse to accept delivery. We will
assure you refund upon such refused delivery, provided the order is prepaid.


Glitterati – CANCELLATION POLICY
ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER


A) Glitterati shall deliver product you have purchased within the promised delivery timeline, however, if
you have ordered a product by mistake, you may cancel the order by logging in your Glitterati Account
before dispatch of the product.


B) If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Service representative
at +91 8094444634 on and inform them of the same.


C) If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you within 4-5 days provided that order has not
been shipped or within 4-5 days form the receipt of product, in case the product has already been been
shipped.


ORDER CANCELLATION BY Glitterati


A) Under some rare situations, Glitterati or any of our registered Sellers can also raise an order
cancellation request. These situations could be –


Product is out of stock with the Seller;


Product is not worth shipping;


Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per terms & conditions of any Offer/Discount;
Incorrect pricing or description of the product;


Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address;


Non-serviceability at the Buyer’s address by our courier partners;
If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you in accordance with our Refund Policy.;We will
notify you through messages on your Email/WhatsApp/Text when an order is cancelled due to any of the
above reason.


Any other reason, which is beyond the control of the product Seller.


B) If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you within 4-5 days from the date of cancellation
of order by the Seller or within 4-5 days from the date of cancellation.
