without any prior notification of interest of GLITTERATI.E or general interest of its visitors/other

While GLITTERATI.E strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical
errors may occur. GLITTERATI.E cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, GLITTERATI.E shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mispriced, GLITTERATI.E may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order
and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer
will not be deemed accepted and GLITTERATI.E will have the right to modify the price of the product and
contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of
registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that GLITTERATI.E
accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by
email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to GLITTERATI.E
dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed
the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account. Prices and availability
are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve
the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may
result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies

Cancellations by the Customer

order and refund the entire amount. The orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be
cancelled and you will have to check our return policy on those orders. The customer agrees not to
dispute the decision made by GLITTERATI.E and accept GLITTERATI.E’s decision regarding the

Credit Card Details
User(s) agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by them for availing of
services on Glitterati.com (or Glitterati.in) will be correct and accurate and they shall not use the credit
card which is not lawfully owned by them, i.e. in a credit card transaction, they must use their own credit
card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to
GLITTERATI.E. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by GLITTERATI.E with any of
the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. GLITTERATI.E
will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and
the onus to ‘prove otherwise shall be exclusively on you.
Fraudulent /Declined Transactions
GLITTERATI.E reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from
persons using the Site fraudulently. GLITTERATI.E reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against

jurisdiction only of the Courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. The parties to this Agreement hereby submit to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
MISCELLANEOUS
Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or
extent of such section.
Website’s failure to enforce any right or failure to act with respect to any breach by a User(s) under
these terms and conditions will not waive that right nor waives GLITTERATI.E’s right to act with
respect withsubsequent or similar breaches.
Web site shall have the right to assign its obligations and duties in this Agreement and in any agreement
relating to any/all of its Services to any person or entity.
If any provision of the terms and conditions of use and/or Agreement is held to be invalid or
unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
The above mentioned terms and conditions of use and/or Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute
the entire agreement between the User(s) and GLITTERATI.E with respect to access to and use of the
web site, superseding any prior written or oral agreements in relation to the same subject matter

Glitterati LUXE PRODUCTS POLICY
Glitterati Luxe products are high quality hand curated products with fine craftsmanship. All products with
‘Glitterati Luxe’ seal have extended guarantee for 6 months per below terms & conditions. If a product
violates any of the below conditions, Glitterati will exchange your products with a new product in similar
design or will refund your money.
Weight Guarantee: All precious Jewellery has an actual weight displayed on the product page. If the
weight of the product varies from tolerance value, we will exchange your product or refund your money.
Purity Guarantee: Purity of precious metal is given on the product page. For instance 925 silver have
guaranteed minimum 92.5% silver purity.
Genuine Gemstone: All the gemstone used in Glitterati Luxe are genuine.
Gemstone Weight Guarantee: All gemstones has an actual weight displayed on the product page. If the
weight of the stone varies from tolerance value, we will exchange your product or refund your money.
Genuine Diamonds: All diamonds used in Glitterati Luxe are genuine. We can provide genuineness certificates at extra cost. Please call us for further details

- Tolerance value: For silver items, where the metal weight is less than 50 grams +- 10% tolerance and
items over 50 grams +- 5% tolerance will be acceptable.
